The Extraterrestrial Chapter Reopens: An Investigation Into The Cyclical Nature Of The Extraterrestrial Imaginary And The Global Perspective Shift

In other words, UFOs are actually real and apparently so is extraterrestrial life. Now we know. In a normal country, this news would qualify as a bombshell, the story of the millennium. But in our country, it doesn’t.– Tucker Carlson, June 2023.

1. UFO Disclosure: The Awakening of UFOs.

It certainly cannot go unnoticed that in recent years, there has been a recurring resurgence of the UFO/extraterrestrial topic, with increasingly regular and frequent cycles. UFOs are continually reintroduced to the public opinion, with periods of silence during which the topic seems to be set aside for a while, only to suddenly resurface with truly sensational news and statements, as we have seen in our previous investigations. (See article: The Universe Beyond the Horizon – Shocking Statements.”)

This has become quite evident in the past two years, during which, for the first time, the issue – attention! not explicitly “extraterrestrial,” because it’s not stated that way – but the issue of “UFO/UAP,” or “Unidentified Flying Objects or Phenomena,” has been officially reintroduced to the public in all its forms, even by secular authorities themselves.

The very same authorities, it must be noted, who until very recently would have ridiculed, ignored, or silenced anyone daring to talk about UFOs.

Furthermore, the nomenclature for these objects has been updated. The acronym “UFO” (Unidentified Flying Objects) was too closely associated with the sensationalized pop culture of the 80s, which is now considered exaggerated and outdated. In response, experts in the field have introduced a new acronym, “UAP” (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena), which encompasses a broader range of unexplained aerial (and underwater) UFO manifestations and provides a fresh perspective on this issue.

So, why are we once again talking about UFOs? What is going on?

Here are some of the key moments in which the UFO topic has recently taken center stage.

2.UFO Disclosure: The Pentagon UFO Report And The Extraterrestrial Enigma.

Amid the global pandemic crisis, on June 25, 2021, an event in the United States captured the attention of millions of people worldwide: a historic conference on UFOs at the American Senate.

In an atmosphere filled with anticipation and excitement, politicians, sociologists, military personnel, intelligence service members, and world-renowned experts gathered to address an enigma that has always fascinated humanity: UFOs.

On that special day, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence presented the Preliminary Assessments (Report 116-233) to Congress, providing an overview of the progress made up to that point in the investigation of unidentified flying objects.

This event in the United States represented much more than a mere conference, marking an opening towards uncharted territories and offering the opportunity to glimpse beyond the boundaries of our understanding notably paving the way for UFO Disclosure.

We have thoroughly analyzed the Pentagon report in a previous article, and we are confident that, after reading it, you will come to the same conclusion as us: in the investigation of UFOs, the extraterrestrial hypothesis cannot be excluded;

You can read the full article here: Pentagon UFO Report – The Universe Beyond the Horizon“.

Deputy director of Navy intelligence Scott Bray plays a video of an ‘unidentified aerial phenomena’ at the briefing.

It is evident that the preliminary assessments presented to Congress have indicated a historic shift in the perception of UFO/UAPs and their significance.

The report highlights several elements of extreme relevance, we have listed the main ones below underscoring the pivotal moment in UFO Disclosure.

  1. Contributions to the Report.
The report – this emphasizes its seriousness and legitimacy – is the result of collaborative efforts of 19 American government and military organizations:

USD(I&S), DIA, FBI, NRO, NGA, NSA, Air Force, Army, Navy, Navy/ONI, DARPA, FAA, NOAA, NGA, ODNI/NIM-Emerging and Disruptive Technology, ODNI/National Counterintelligence and Security Center, and ODNI/National Intelligence Council.

  1. UFO Disclosure: UAP/UFOs Represent a Potential Threat.

The first thing we learn from the report is that UFOs are officially considered a potential threat. This seems to be assumed throughout the report, starting with the section “Scope and Assumptions,” which reads:

This preliminary report is provided by… the Director of National Intelligence in response to the provision in Senate Report 116-233… to present an intelligence assessment of the threat posed by unidentified aerial phenomena(UAP) and the progress that the Department of Defense’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force(UAPTF) has made in understanding this threat.

  1. UFOs are Real Physical Objects.

The report confirms that some UFOs are real physical objects, as most of the unexplained sightings analyzed by the military were recorded by multiple sensors, including radar, infrared, electro-optical systems, weapon detectors, and visual observations.

  1. UFO Research: Impossible Technology and Performance.
The report confirms that UFOs exhibit extraordinary and anomalous flight characteristics. They can travel at extremely high speeds (up to MACH 32), without producing sonic booms or heat dispersion, can change direction and accelerate at incredibly rapid rates, and remain completely motionless for extended periods of time.

Furthermore, they do not appear to have visible flight or control surfaces, nor any visible means of propulsion, seemingly violating Newton’s third law, and can operate without apparent obstacles in both space (low Earth orbit) in the atmosphere and water.

  1. UFO Disclosure and Research: Social Stigma.

In the report, the Pentagon acknowledges that the social stigma surrounding the topic of UFOs has hindered progress in understanding and studying these phenomena. Here’s what is stated in the section “Challenges in Collecting UAP Data”:

Sociocultural stigmas… remain obstacles to collecting data on UAP… Narratives from aviators in the operational community and analysts from the military and IC describe disparagement associated with observing UAP, reporting it, or attempting to discuss it with colleagues.

Although the effects of these stigmas have lessened as senior members of the scientific, policy, military, and intelligence communities engage on the topic seriously in public, reputational risk may keep many observers silent, complicating scientific pursuit of the topic”.

Reading these considerations one is stunned. The Pentagon complains about how social stigma related to UFO observations limits their progress on the matter, even though it is widely acknowledged that it was they who created and perpetuated this stigma for decades.

In any case, the fact that the Pentagon acknowledges this issue indicates a change in the wind.

  1. Extraterrestrial Legislation.

Actually, on this point, an incredible development is now underway.

Because if its true that UFOs exist, it’s also true that those who know are afraid to speak. This is essentially the view of Republican Mike Gallagher, who has successfully introduced an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act 2023 (the U.S. federal law defining the budget allocation for the Department of Defense each year), which includes protection for whistleblowers concerning Unknown Flying Objects and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

In fact, according to Gallagher – who is particularly sensitive to the issue – there are many people, including military personnel, who have witnessed or are aware of seemingly inexplicable events related to the UFO phenomenon. The problem is that until now, these potential whistleblowers have not come forward, primarily but not exclusively, out of fear of violating secrecy laws. The amendment aims to protect these informants.

Another Senator, Marco Rubio, Vice Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, had expressed his views on the issue of social stigma, stating that many individuals with direct experience in top-secret UFO programs faced threats and retaliation. Like Mike Gallagher, he emphasized the need to protect witnesses who wished to speak about such programs and highlighted that many of these witnesses who still work in the government, fear for their safety, careers, and livelihood if they were to speak out.

Therefore, according to the senator, it is important to provide protections for UFO informants.

The amendment introduced by Gallagher would establish a standard government process for reporting UFO sightings and provide protections similar to those for mafia informants.

It is truly astonishing to see the introduction of laws aimed at protecting those who speak about UFOs. This not only suggests the actual existence of UFO phenomena but also the presence of powerful groups outside the official hierarchical structures capable of influencing government decision-making.

This new initiative paves the way for increased information exchange regarding UFOs and unidentified aerial phenomena, offering informants or whistleblowers with relevant knowledge the confidence to share their experiences without fearing legal or social reprisals significantly contributing to UFO Disclosure.

This undoubtedly represents a significant evolution in the search for the truth about these mysterious phenomena, encouraging greater openness and collaboration. An evolution that could also shed new light on issues that have been shrouded in secrecy or skepticism, opening up the possibility of a deeper understanding of what lies behind UFO sightings and related phenomena.

  1. Space for the extraterrestrial hypothesis?

The Pentagon’s report identifies five possible categories in which UFOs could fall: aerial clutter, natural atmospheric phenomena, U.S. government or U.S. industry developmental programs, foreign adversary systems, and a general category called ‘other,’ which includes anything that remains after excluding all previous categories.

Could we fit the alien hypothesis into this category? We believe so.

If the Pentagon wanted to entirely dismiss the idea of alien contact, would they have left room for it in a special category called “other”? We think not.

3.  UFO Disclosure: In Search Of Technological Masters.

For the first time in modern history, instead of questioning the existence of UFOs, attention has shifted to understanding their nature and origin.

Overall, the Pentagon’s report on UFOs confirms this reality, interprets it as a potential threat, and somehow hints at the extraterrestrial hypothesis.

Now that UFO sightings have been confirmed as real, inevitable questions arise:

If we consider only modern history, we can estimate that UFO sightings became widely known to the public about 75 years ago or a little more, starting with the famous Roswell incident of 1947.

So, given that, as just mentioned, we now know that these objects are real, we wonder:

Who has held these miraculous technologies that surpass all known scientific knowledge for seventy-five years?

Who has been able to create machines with science-fiction-like capabilities that defy the laws of known physics for seventy-five years?

Who has been using an unknown and superior physics for seventy-five years?

With the acceptance of this reality, it becomes evident that there must be someone who possesses these objects, designs them, and builds them. Who?

From our perspective here at EאTRAHUMANל, the issue becomes even more intricate and fascinating because, as we know well (see article: UFOs Before Christ“), during antiquity, unidentified flying objects were systematically observed and reported, leaving behind a long series of unanswered questions.

Have UFOs been with us since the beginning of our history?

The phenomenon of UFOs does exist, and it must be treated seriously” – Mikhail Gorbachev
